Welcome to VRRC "The Victims Rights Reform Council". VRRC was formed as a 501C3 Non-Profit in honor of Sergeant Hason Correa. In 2018 Sgt. Correa was brutally stabbed and murdered by four assailants. These offenders stabbed Hason over and over again and left him for dead, and also brutally stabbed Hason's elderly Father. Sgt. Correa's Father survived the brutal, unprovoked attack, however, Sgt. Correa did not. Sgt. Correa, an Afghanistan war hero, a Father of three beautiful children, and his adoring wife, Christie will never be the same.
Sgt. Correa's Mother, Madeline Brame, our NYS Chairwoman has become a national voice for #JusticeForHason! One can see Miss Madeline standing in front of the NYC Courthouse with her signs, and bullhorn demanding justice for the brutal crime that savagely took her son. Hason's murder took place in 2018, and to date not one of the offenders has been brought to trial!
VRRC believes that any and all victims of crime deserve a voice, and a seat at the table with all local and State leaders as they move to create additional policies that severely impact the victims of crime and their loved ones.
Please join us today on our national journey to represent the "Voices of the Voiceless"! Victims come in every color, ethnicity, and political ideology!
VRRC believes that "Public Safety should never be POLITICAL"
